She puts the team at the centre of everything we do, making sure that our people have all the tools and support they need, and that all the business operations function well. That leaves our project managers free to get on with the important job of delivering our clients’ projects on time, on budget, on brief.
Director of Project Management
Darren has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Within this time he has led and delivered construction projects for major blue chip clients.
Darren has held senior roles in both client and consultant organisations. This gives him a full understanding of the construction process and level of stakeholder engagement required to ensure successful project/programme outcomes. He enjoys both day to day project management duties as well as strategic projects.
Director of IT
Andrew is a Programme Director with more than 40 years experience in IT and Telecomms. Andrew has run many complex programmes and projects, helping top companies to meet challenging time, cost and quality objectives. In his blog he writes about how to improve productivity.
Meet Ben, a digital marketing professional with over 20 years of experience in the industry. As a specialist in digital content creation and filmmaking, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, enabling him to create innovative and engaging content in any sector.
With an English and Creative writing degree under his belt, Ben has a passion for crafting compelling stories and messages that resonate with audiences. He knows how to leverage the power of various digital platforms and tools to effectively communicate and engage with target audiences.
Senior Project Manager
Mike has over 15 years experience in the construction industry, with experience across multiple sectors on both single site projects and multi-site programmes of work. Mike has led and delivered construction projects for major blue chip clients in both the UK and abroad.
Mike has successfully delivered projects in retail, aviation, commercial and real estate sectors, working in both client and consultant organisations. He enjoys working with customers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fully understood and business benefits are realised on time and on budget.
Janet is a construction management professional from South Wales and has been working in the construction industry for 15 years both in the UK and internationally.
Janet gained her Master’s degree in Project Management (Construction & Infrastructure) in 2014 and has worked with contractors, as well as on the client side of projects. This has given her a full understanding of the construction process from groundworks to programme delivery.
Giles has over 35 years’ experience developing Global brands, from concessions to luxury department stores; consumer electronics to food, fashion and footwear. His business experience has spanned every continent, delivering exemplary projects for many household name Clients.
Benefitting from working both Client and Contractor side during his career, his expertise in leading multi-site retail development rollouts or one-off luxury hospitality projects shows his versatility. Each project is delivered using well honed Project Management skills, where his attention to detail always shines through.
Mick is a construction professional with over thirty-five years experience of managing detailed construction projects and programmes. He has worked within major contracting companies, successfully delivering projects that range from nuclear power stations to retail stores, with everything in between.
Mark is a professional and experienced facilities / site manager, who thrives on working with colleagues of all levels within this field of work.
He’s well versed at managing contracts and supporting clients with hard / soft services. He has a passion for Health and Safety and is committed to developing and improving services safely.
In his spare time, he competes in Spartan challenges to raise money and awareness for a variety of charities close to his heart. His next hurdle is the Three Peaks in England, Scotland and Wales.
Office Manager & PA to CEO
Andrea joined the team at Iconic in 2023, bringing with her knowledge of managing large teams, recruitment, account management and running events.
Andrea uses her extensive and varied experience to encourage Iconic through its continued development and growth. She is the methodical person who turns the CEO’s strategic ideas into practical actions to make the business the best it can be.
Her naturally proactive approach means that she is continuously improving processes across the whole business. Her hard-working nature ensures she completes tasks and channels other members of the team.
Assistant Project Manager
Oscar was Iconic’s first project management apprentice and is currently studying BSc Construction Management (MRICS) at the University College of Estate Management.
His natural talent for problem solving means that, in his first year alone, he took full responsibility for successfully delivering small programmes of works, including kiosk retrofit projects for Poke House and 107 small works projects across the Barclays estate. He has also assisted with the fit out of a retail unit and a number of quick service restaurants.
Oscar has successfully passed APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), CSCS, and IOSH Managing Safely.
Trainee Project Manager
Rachel is one of our Trainee Project Managers. She completed her A-levels in Business, Geography and Drama before taking a year out to travel, visiting Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.
She is looking forward to learning more about project management and is excited to see where this apprenticeship will take her!
