Darren has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Within this time he has led and delivered construction projects for major blue chip clients.

Darren has held senior roles in both client and consultant organisations. This gives him a full understanding of the construction process and level of stakeholder engagement required to ensure successful project/programme outcomes. He enjoys both day to day project management duties as well as strategic projects.

Andrew is a Programme Director with more than 40 years experience in IT and Telecoms. Andrew has run many complex programmes and projects, helping top companies to meet challenging time, cost and quality objectives. In the 1990's, Andrew organised a task force of tech companies to pioneer the use of the Internet in UK schools.

Mike has over 20 years experience in the construction industry, with experience across multiple sectors on both single site projects and multi-site programmes of work. Mike has led and delivered construction projects for major blue chip clients in both the UK and abroad.

Mike has successfully delivered projects in retail, aviation, commercial and real estate sectors, working in both client and consultant organisations. He enjoys working with customers and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are fully understood and business benefits are realised on time and on budget.

Tabindah has over 20 years’ experience leading projects within the infrastructure, aviation and commercial real estate sectors, both in the UK and internationally.

Tabindah has worked for client and consultant organisations, and particularly enjoys the challenge of delivering complex projects with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Billy is a Project Manager at Iconic Project Management with 15 years of experience in both contractor-side and consultancy roles. He has worked on a wide range of construction and refurbishment projects across the retail, hospitality, commercial, and education sectors in the UK and Asia.

Drawn to project management by the opportunity to combine problem-solving with collaboration, Billy enjoys seeing projects come together from concept through to completion. He takes pride in helping teams and stakeholders work effectively together. Billy values the detail-oriented, practical side of delivering spaces that function well for clients and end users.

Giles has over 35 years’ experience developing Global brands, from concessions to luxury department stores; consumer electronics to food, fashion and footwear. His business experience has spanned every continent, delivering exemplary projects for many household name Clients.

Benefitting from working both Client and Contractor side during his career, his expertise in leading multi-site retail development rollouts or one-off luxury hospitality projects shows his versatility. Each project is delivered using well honed Project Management skills, where his attention to detail always shines through.

Oscar was Iconic’s first project management apprentice and is currently studying BSc Construction Management (MRICS) at the University College of Estate Management.

His natural talent for problem solving means that, in his first year alone, he took full responsibility for successfully delivering small programmes of works, including kiosk retrofit projects for Poke House and 107 small works projects across the Barclays estate. He has also assisted with the fit out of a retail unit and a number of quick service restaurants.

Oscar has successfully passed APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ), CSCS, and IOSH Managing Safely.

Rachel is a Project Manager with two years of experience delivering residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Involved in refurbishments, multi-unit development management, and fitouts for both clients and developers. Capable in Contract Administration, tendering, procurement, and stakeholder coordination across the full project lifecycle.

Rachel is known for a proactive, organised approach and clear communication, with a strong focus on collaboration and practical outcomes.
