Programme Management

Not only are we experts at handling one-off special projects, we also have extensive experience of programme management. We have handled programmes of up to 300 projects per year, achieving a consistently high finish in every single one.

Commercial Support

We provide commercial support throughout the project process with two objectives in mind: managing the contractors’ adherence to the employer’s requirements, and ensuring the client achieves the best price possible.
